Constant issues with billing. I was over charged by $300 dollars back in 2015, after months of hassle they corrected it. They will nickel and dime you. Especially if they discovered they made a mistake in their billing and they feel that you should owe more. Drive to Elko or Winnemucca unless you're going to die within the hour. It's a stain on this town and all of Northern Nevada knows it.

I had a wonderful experience at BMGH. I was working out in the field meaning road construction and had broken my foot just thought I stubbed it. I ended up with a spiral fracture. The staff was prompt, friendly, and the Dr was great!

Dr. Hansen is a quack. The nurses are mostly nice tho. The 2 women who transported me from Battle Mountain to Reno treated me like I was a criminal.

The majority of staff here are unprofessional, uneducated on the policies of their own business, and couldn't care less about the well-being of their patients. I'll drive to Elko.
always oozing something
I almost died here. Staff had no idea how to treat a drug overdose. Avoid like the megaplague
