Kudos to Zach and Dan. These 2 (and another they recruited) came to our rescue after working their own shift all day. Zach and Dan helped us at a great time of need (helping us with something outside their wheelhouse) and did so with their great attitudes. While our mom lived at Fountain View (over 5 years) they have both always been so helpful and engaging not only to our mom, but to the extended family. Fountain View should be very proud to have individuals of this caliber on their team. We have been very fortunate to be part of the Fountain View family for so long. The entire staff has been wonderful and caring for our mom. We will miss you all.

God bless Mary Larsen at Fountain View! She has been an advocate and friend to our Mom and our entire family for over 5 years. She is our go to person when we have a question or issue. She genuinely cares for all the residents and has invested her heart and time to get to know them and care for them in the best possible way. Mary will always go the extra mile to help residents and their families even if it is out of her wheel house. There is nothing too big or small she will not help with. Fountain View is very lucky to have Mary! Our family is very blessed to know Mary!

Stay away! NOT a healthy environment. Based on our experience with my Father-In-Law having been a resident. The positive...Some staff are friendly, attentive and caring. It is a locked facility. Meals were/are somewhat nutritious. The negative....Low staff to resident ratio(like many of these facilities). While they didn't abuse or harm Dad, they sure neglected him. They did very little to get him involved in group activities or to bring him out of his room for meals. It was easier for them to just leave him parked back in his room and check on him, albeit infrequently! Multiple times we caught these staff on their phones.(Grrrr.) They don't keep notes. Not once, in The year and a half that he was there, did we EVER see the administrators or directors in the facility, other than in their office! They nickle and dime for every service and the staff turnover is deplorable.(Again, like many of these facilities). A multi-million dollar place like Dial Properties can't afford basic concrete work? The wheelchair ramp at the rear of the place was patched, bumpy and difficult to cross with a wheelchair.Luckily, we found a different facility for Dad where he is getting the attentive staff and services we had hoped to be getting from Fountain View.
