I had a chance to visit Miller Memorial Care Center and was pleasantly surprised. The ratio of staff to residents was extremely good, and the attention they gave to the residents was considerably top notch; they knew each of the resident's names, exceptional patience, and each knew the likes/dislikes/behavioral patterns of the residents. Security is given a top priority, yet you won't know it as a visitor unless you pay close attention. This is an incredible asset as it makes both residents and visitors feel welcome and at home - without the need to feel oppressed or enclosed. Visitors are encouraged to interact with their loved ones on a daily basis and in various aspects of their lives. Overall, I felt welcomed, appreciated, and supported in visiting my own relative. exceptional staff, second to none.
