These facilities look so nice on the outside, especially if you don't look too close. But they are filthy inside. Staff takes forever to answer call lights. Hospice section are robot check the boxers- CNA's- some very good ones- and better than the caliber of RN's or administrators. I could wrte a book. If you are looking for a place- go to a small town w better quality care.

My wife was in the Hillcrest system from rehab to daycare and finally to her final days in their expert loving care. From the top on down these are the finest most loving caregivers I have ever seen. When we found out my wife had a short time to live caregivers came from their homes to make sure they expressed their love for her. Absolute finest people anywhere.
