Is it worth the expense? Ask questions; how much experience and training do the van drivers get, what training do nursing assistants get? Are they state certified or do they learn on the job? Ask about their staffing turnover and why,m. Then call around and compare notes. Call your local ombudsman and find out what residents are really saying about current leadership. Dig deeper before making the decision to move your love one to The Springs. This is not the only place where staff have big hearts and will love your family member.

Great place. I've known two people who have lived here in Independent Living and they both loved it. Gorgeous common areas. Excellent staff. Tough to eat if you are a vegetarian but this seems to be the case at all retirement places in Montana so far.
