Wow, I just asked a simple question starting a possible search for my mom. The women I talked to was so rude! I just wanted to know if they allowed personal computers in their rooms and she had such an attitude! Well that was an easy NO for my mom's care.

We had my grandmother at another Springfield facility on the the southeast side of town that used to be five stars but has really gone down hill and were extremely unhappy with their service and lack of care so we looked for another place and found Strafford care center. They were alot cleaner and came alot faster when the call button was pushed. They allow residents to smoke in a nice covered pavilion area and even take them out 3 times a day to smoke. And if your dying loved one wants to smoke and it makes them happy at the end of their life why not. The other facility refused to allow residents to smoke even if they are in family's care. The people at Stratford are all so nice and helpful and don't seem stressed from over eating.
