The residents are what make the place fun, and they make the job. Try not look to administrators for help or you will get fired by that blonde tan woman.Try to stay upbeat, and take the extra hours. Look on the bright side and pace yourself if you are floor staff. Try to avoid burnout, and use your PTOfor when burnout occurs. Thats the most honest advice I can give.

Horrible place to work DO NOT WORK HERE! It's not worth wasting your time. Very unprofessional, everyone is clueless about their jobs and they mess up everything paperwork, money etc this is not a place you want to stay and advance at. I have had the most horrible experience at this place.

It's a great living facility for the elderly with more then 5 restaurant a full golf course and inside weight room and a physical therapy room with a full nursing staff. And much more
