Inadequate parking, entrance is unacceptable for older adults. Rooms are to small, rooms and restrooms do not accommodate wheel chairs.Attendants are not attentive and if they do respond, patient has waited better than 20 minutes. My mother came here for rehab and a staff member went off on her. Made her cry, upset her so much that it made her chest hurt.The rehab staff is good but the attendance are not.I would not recommend this place unless you're able to care of yourself.

I wish i could give neg star's because i would.. My elderly mom was placed here for rehab after having her leg amputated an she was abused in more ways than one an was just left laying in her bed the time she was there she got bruises in places she shouldn't have a nurse fell on her one leg she has an it swelled up extremely bad an bruised up extremely bad but told my elderly mom nothing was wrong with it she got a wound some where no woman should have a wound... I would not ever put anyone in this place..

I HAD ORIGINALLY POSTED A BAD REVIEW ABOUT THE TRANSPORTATION. I HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS A OUTSIDE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY THAT IS IN NO WAY CONNECTED WITH MOUNT CARMEL. IN FACT MOUNT CARMEL CALLED ME AND OFFERED TO COME GET PATIENTS WE MAY HAVE THAT ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH GETTING TRANSPORTED BACK TO THEM.

Nice place .

Just visited a resident there and very strong smell of urine in her room. Makes you wonder if anyone checks on her or cleans her up. Very sad!
