Allegro Richmond Heights is our first experience with senior living so I have nothing to compare it with. Be that said, my husband is very happy with his accommodations, the nursing staff, food and daily care. Calls for assistance are handled in a timely, professional manner. The excellent physical therapy is a must for someone living with Parkinson's. The caregivers are professional and kind. I've given this recommendation four stars instead of five because frequently, on weekends especially, the facility is understaffed in every department from management, to kitchen, to caregiver, to maintenance.

The interview process was great I met the administrator an she offered me a full time position an was eager to have me come on board. I gave my prior job 2weeks notice after I had taken my physical an drug test also gave my shirt size. After that no phone calls or return call to say we changed our minds or NO!
