My father, Art, has been at Allegro for 5 months now. The facilities are top-notch. The staff are capable, and caring. Art is happy there.

Allegro Richmond Heights is our first experience with senior living so I have nothing to compare it with. Be that said, my husband is very happy with his accommodations, the nursing staff, food and daily care. Calls for assistance are handled in a timely, professional manner. The excellent physical therapy is a must for someone living with Parkinson's. The caregivers are professional and kind. I've given this recommendation four stars instead of five because frequently, on weekends especially, the facility is understaffed in every department from management, to kitchen, to caregiver, to maintenance.

My husband has lived at Allegro for more than a month now and we are very pleased. The community has the feeling of family - both the staff and residents are very welcoming. Also, all of his medical needs are met by a very caring team.
