Gasconade Manor Nursing Home

Wonderful place. Clean and friendly atmosphere with even friendlier staff.

I began my employment at Gasconade Manor during my senior year of high school. Because the management style is very positive and promotional I am now the Assistant Administrator and have worked at Gasconade Manor 10 + years. Through my employment I have seen many employees given various opportunities and been promoted. Not only has my work experience given me and my family opportunities, the Manor family and the care given to the residents has greatly inspired me. I have had several family members reside at Gasconade Manor and was always impressed with the services provided and the love the staff gave to my family. I would HIGHLY recommend Gasconade Manor as a place of employment and/or a place to reside!!!!

This review is long over due. My mother was here and if you just look you would think this is a great nursing home. But its not so great. Some of the staff was great but some was terrible and should never be in charge of caring for the elderly. Mom was ignored a lot and her phone was put where she could not reach it and when she would ring for help to get to bathroom no one came. So mom would get up on her own which resulted in a really bad cut on her leg. A lot of other things happened but to many to list all. Im not saying mom was perfect Im sure she wasnt but also they are being paid to care for them. I hope the people that was there when mom was there is no longer working and caring for people that is to old and weak to fight back. I didnt say anything at the time when we brought mom home. But lots of things has happened this week to bring it all back,. Just beware and especially the weekend help. So sorry mom was ever there .

This woman (Amber Marie Wood) works there. (no relation) She needs to be fired immediately. This kind of blatant bigotry cannot be tolerated, especially from someone in this trusted field!

They are nice and friendly people. There thearpy people are really good.
