Praise and Kudos to the nurses and staff who made my brother's last days peaceful. The Hospice nurse, Dana, went over and above to make my brother comfortable. Secured someone to sit with him when I was unable to do so. She went to the pharmacy to get his comfort meds on her own dollar. She was a great resource and sat with us for quite awhile to reassure and comfort us. Also, Yvonne-the attending nurse, was fabulous. She was so caring, attentive, and very informative. Both of these ladies were used by God in a mighty way. I cannot thank them enough for their commitment to the residences at this facility. The facility was clean, orderly, and was teaming with activity. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need. Well done! Well done!!

I first worked at Bentonview from 2014 through 2016. I left for a year, and came back in Jan 2018. Our leadership team and our staff are hard working, talented, knowledgeable health care professionals! SRZ (Reach LTC) has brought many improvements, not just a logo on paper. The daily care and trust our residents and their families place in our hands is a solemn responsibility, and I am proud of what I see here, every day.
