Never put anyone you love here. Some of the CNAs and nurses are absolutely wonderful but the administration and managment are money hungry and couldn't care less about your loved one.

When it was managed by Kindred this facility was a 5 star in my opinion. Now that it is managed by HSI budgets for departments have been reduce. People work really hard there in all departments but sometimes the care will vary depending on staffing. Some good caring people. Other just there for the paycheck. Hopefully they have more staff per resident ratio now.

My mom has been at TRHC for a year now. I have nothing but praise for this facility. I like the way Jason runs the place, when meal times come all staff is on board even the director Jason is in the dining room helping. My Mom's needs change daily sometimes, they are on top of it. If the family notices something that needs to be done or changed it is taken care of immediately. TRHC Is always clean very seldom had I smelled urine. The nurses and aids are very personable and caring. My Mom really likes the staff. The activity team keeps the residents busy and engaged. I would definitely recommend TRHC from our experience.
