Autumn Ridge Residences

I have had the honor of serving our residents as their nurse for the past three and a half years. Our team truly cares about each of our residents and we love them like family. We are a very clean facility who takes pride in our appearance on the inside and out. Our food is great! I had gained ten pounds here in a month when I first started! So, come see for yourself, don't just take my word for it. :)

Autumn Ridge was just what my grandma needed when she could no longer live alone but was not ready for a nursing home. She had everything she needed. Her own apartment with housekeeping and laundry, 3 meals a day, and a nursing staff to oversee her health. She enjoyed socializing and doing activities with the other residents and was happy to no longer be sitting alone all day. The management and staff here are very friendly, compassionate, and professional and did a great job making my grandma and her family feel comfortable, safe, and worry-free. I will always be grateful to all of the Autumn Ridge staff for making this time in my grandmas life a pleasant one.

This place is awesome. My mom has been here for five years. Me , my sister Sandy and My brother Tom are very thankful that my mom is here. The Staff are awesome- they really do care about the residents and take awesome care of the residents. Sue the administrator really loves each resident and even makes each individual resident feel loved and valuable and important. I am so very thankful for Sue.

Impressive assisted living facility.

This is not a respectable place to leave loved ones, the nurse administrator, Sue Koch, neglects families concerns and needs with previous and current residents. If Autumn Ridge wants to consider themselves a residential care facility they need to be more clear on the expectations per each resident to continue to be able living there. With the negligence and dishonestly they provide to residents, I dont know how theyre still in business. The medical field is something to be compassionate about, clearly none of the certified medical techs, with the exception of Carolyn, nurses, house keeping, directors of nursing, and the administration, dont seem too concerned with residents needs and safety. Families place loved ones in facilities, such as assisted living, with hopes their family member will be taken care of respectfully and not have to worry about their safety. Not every patient/resident is placed in an assisted living facility because the family doesnt want to care for them, some members of the family simply cannot psychically care for their loved one any longer. I hope Autumn Ridge reevaluates their staff for the safety of their residents!!!
