Somebody has to keep ratings realistic. One actual real life experience rating followed by four generic 5-star ratings most likely made by employees either at the direction of administration or from misguided loyalty. If you work at a care facility and you read a rating like the first, your priority should be on correcting the problems, making sure your patients and their families never feel this way, not trumping up your ratings. I can make this rating legitimate because I did visit this facility once, and so concur that the majority of employees were, in fact on their phones. So much so that no one noticed myself and three other walk into a dining room in mid-meal full of residents. Not a single employee raised their head. I can say one thing though, the food smelled good so...a star for that.
