Dirty. Nurses walk right by a light signal on. My grandma has to ask 4 times to go to the bathroom and I ended up having to ask someone to come help her as she cannot walk. She had an accident on the floor one day and all they did was mop it up with towel and then left the towels soaked with urine on the floor. It was 2 days before they mopped the floor after this. This place is depressing. I cant wait for my grandma to be released from their care!
