Very nice staff but how this place gets such a high rating is suspicious. The facility is dirty, unkempt and understaffed. Had wires hanging out of the electric socket (no cover) in my Dad's room. Bed did not work. The head of the bed would not go up and down. The whole place smelled like urine. All the time.
