My mother is a long time resident and remains happy with their care. She has been in other facilities in the past for rehab; however, has never before been content until she came to Columbia Manor.

I'd also give a zero if I could. I was there and attracted c-dif. Had to beg to be put on a bed pan. Nightmare

Would give it zero stars if I could. Please do not take your family member or loved one here. They don't take care of their patients at all, didn't even change diapers. If they can't manage to change a diaper just imagine what else they can't/don't do. I even know of them dropping a patient once causing a broken bone. Seriously, don't take anyone here.

They don't do a good job of taking care of their patients at all. My grandpa was there for a short period of time before I started demanding he be taken somewhere else so he could get the care he deserved. Felt sorry for the other patients who had to stay there
