Constantly allowing residents to leave the facility without supervision & allowing residents to be abducted by strangers & end up missing. Irresponsible & UNprofessional, they need to be shut down!

This place allowed a stranger to come in and take my mother. Front desk didn't ask for the person to sign in or out or provide any identification. She is now a missing person with a silver alert issued. She is mentally unfit, and was supposed to be safe and under supervised care. Now no one knows where she is. This facility needs to be shut down. Do not trust them with your loved ones.
