Wisteria Manor is a beautiful facility! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone I know. They take care of the residents as if they were their own family!

Concerned About Bed Bugs
Dee Dee Crane is the owner and operator of this facility and she is more concerned about making money than she is about taking care of her clients. This facility is also infested with bed bugs. We reported to her that one of her clients has bed bugs. She initially denied that her facility was the source, but later hired an exterminator. She only paid him to treat four bedrooms instead of the entire facility. The exterminator also informed Dee Dee that the bedroom of an elderly white client was greatly infested with bed bugs. The thing is, the woman has been sitting on coaches and chairs in the living room and eating at the dining room tables, which means that she has been spreading the bugs everywhere! If you are looking for a personal care home for your family member, I DON'T think you should take them to WISTERIA Manor!
