My aunt has been in the independent living building for two years. The staff were extremely helpful in facilitating her move from her long-time home. The staff know her by name and always let me know if there is a concern. The food is very good and there are a wide variety of activities and trips for active people. Justin is the manager and I have found him to be very accommodating and interested in making sure all needs are met. (The independent living building is completely separate from the memory care unit and its staff.) I have relatives in two other nearby facilities and prefer the experiences with Beau Ridge.

If you are looking for a place for your loved one that needs to be in a memory care unit, this is the place! The staff is awesome! They treated my mother-in-law as if she was their own mother. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you to Debbie, Josh and all the staff for everything you did.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The executive director DEBBY GOOCH IS EXTREMELY RUDE. And don't believe the fake reviews praising her. I'm sure it's her friends and family trying to make her look good and offset the truth. She looks down on you if you do not have the title 'executive director' and above. To be so old, she acts like a child and talks to people any kind of way and feels because she is the 'executive director' she is allowed to do this. But some people are just old and miserable. And don't be black. She definitely will disrespect you then! DO NOT put your family in this overpriced facility unless you want to have them be used as pawns and disrespected when you aren't there.
