Chapman Oaks Inc

I was very disappointed in this place. At first I felt like it was a nice, small environment. The environment wasnt so bad but the staff is TERRIBLE. My grandmother stays there, and I asked for socks. The lady said she would put them on her later as she sat at the table and ate, completely neglecting my request (for an hour)! All of the women were sitting in there chairs in front of the TV slouched over at 8:30 at night. Why are they not in there beds!? The lady refused to allow me to put socks on my grandma and gave no urgency to my request. NONE of the staff are registered nurses. If you care about your loved one, do not allow them to be in this facility where the staff does not care about your loved one. Its heart breaking to witness. The staff was yelling at one of the elderly women there. Im outraged at what I just witnessed at this place. By the way, one of the five star reviews here is by the owner of the facility, Brenda Chapman. That review should be neglected.

My experience with Senior Oaks and Brenda Chapman has been extremely positive. Over the last five years I have had three loved ones entrusted to their care. Any concerns I have had have been immediately addressed and resolved. Brenda and her staff are very attentive and caring to the residents.

I have had a loved one at Chapman Oaks for over four years. I am at the home nearly every day. What I like about the home is Brenda and her staff know and care for the residents. Anytime I have had a concern or an issue, it is discussed and a solution is found promptly.I have been very pleased to have my loved one in their care.Thanks Brenda and staff.

This is an awesome assisted living home, its nothing like a nursing home but an actual home environment and I love it for that reason. My grandmother lived here for almost 10 years before she passed away and I never had any issues with them and was welcome to come and visit as I pleased
