They could use more nurses, and more caring staff. I'd say they are under staffed to the point where they are overwhelmed.

Upon admitting my Dad he was very upset crying etc. The staff including the administrator was able to calm him down. They were fantastic. The facility was very clean and everyone was super helpful.
