Great place to work, management outlines clear expectations for performance and follows up with resident satisfaction interviews to make sure the highest quality of care is met. The staff are compassionate and really care about the patients. I often see staff purchasing personal items for patients out of their own pocket to make sure their needs are met. Many employees have been on the staff for years which is unusual in healthcare and indicative of a great employment experience. I would recommend the facility for employment and would not hesitate to choose this facility for care of my own family member.
