Charity Plantation
This is the cleanest nursing home that I have ever seen. The administrator takes time to know each resident and staff member. The nurses and aides are held to a very high standard. I was really impressed with the facility.

If you care anything about the person you're considering putting here, don't. My 92 year old mother in law was here for about 5 weeks for skilled care. Ha! They don't know the meaning of the term. They lost clothes and other personal items, washed and dried a cell phone which ruined it (never offered to replace), lost her hearing aid (never replaced or reimbursed $). There was a quarantine where all residents had to stay in their rooms for a couple of weeks. During this time, outsiders could visit, doors to the rooms were left open, etc. A total joke. I'm sure it's easier on the employees when the residents are confined to their rooms. This is by far the worst home I've seen. It was such a relief to get her out.
