My mother was there less then 24 hours and fell on the floor layed there for mins before found..received phone call saying she was at the hospital thought brushing or bone but I never expected to walk in the emergency room and see my mother in that condition machines keeping her alive ..point is I believe fair oaks staff killed my mother

My mother has been a resident here for over 3 years. She is 86 years old and very mobile with the help of her walker. She loves it and we love seeing her so well taken care of and treated with dignity. The staff is very well managed and in turn treats the residents kindly and competently. My mother constantly talks about how good the food is, how good they treat her and how happy she is to be there. What more can we ask for in terms of care for our elderly parents?? I have nothing but high praise for everyone there from administration to CNAs to skilled nursing staff. My mother in law was there twice for rehab after heart surgeries and the rehab program was second to none. Excellent on every point!!
