DON is excellent! NHA is just out of school and has her 'click'. If your not in it well... Orientation needs much work. On the floor training is decent, although you may have to ask for specific training. Night shift staff are hard working wonderful people who are greatly under appreciated. Resident care is good. Understaffing is a problem. Too many chiefs, not enough indians.
