The current manager there is incredibly rude, kept demoralizing me and making me feel lesser because I was younger than him.I told him during our phone interview that I didnt have my license and he got upset at me due to me not having my license at my interview (which again I told him I dont have one).They dont even pay the $17 as advertised, instead they pay $15 and every 6 months give you an extra $2.He kept telling me that theyre the best paying group home in Waterville (which is a lie, Nu Horizons pays much better and theres less work to do). After I declined his job offer he got incredibly upset at me and told me this was a great job opportunity and youre missing out, its all about priorities all because I wasnt able to start the same day when I told him I wasnt capable of doing so.Id give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest.

the manager (ernie) is by the sounds of it completely unprofessional and demeaning. went off during interview for not having a license. as long as they make it on time and show up it should not matter whether one has one or not. then went on to criticize life choices that had absolutely nothing to do with the job. goes to show how power can go to ones head.

I agree with what Valor said the same thing happened to me. The interview was going good until I said I didn't have a DL but was working on getting it. After that the person interviewing me went off and started saying things to me trying to make me feel less about myself. I have to give it a 1 star it was the worse interview I've ever had. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Valor Hun should realize that 15 plus 2 is 17. No one demeaned or demoralized him. If hes ashamed of not having a DL he should get one. He sould also consider that his badmouthing is now being viewed by other employers. Not too smart!
