My mother in law was complaining of severe pain and showing sudden memory/confusion issues (normally sharp as a tac). Staff not only delayed getting help but dismissed her symptoms and told us to talk her out of calling an ambulance for now than a week. We trusted them when we couldn't see her due to Covid-19 restrictions. She finally called an ambulance and had been in and out of the hospital including ICU to treat the infection that caused that pain. She passed away Friday because of it. Don't allow your loved ones to live here.

I have a client in Copperfield Hill and she moved in without any furniture or personal belongings. When I went to visit her, she was so proud of her new apartment and the cute things that were supplied by Copperfield Hill. She is relieved and can now settle into her new environment. Thank you!

Caring, attentive staff who take time to talk to you and get to know you. Good food. Lots going on, always something to do. Lots of music, different performers, trips in the van. Locally and family owned. Really feels like home when you walk through the doors, everyone is treated like family.

Flies swarmed from the toilet, while touring a room, in which my loved one would stay. I left crying. Sobbing. Saddened by the unkept quarters. Unable to breathe from urine saturation in the carpets. A decision was made. Unimaginable having a loved one stay here. We will all hug a little tighter after this experience. God Bless.
