Staff retention is poor .Operates on the fringe of legal , no licensed boiler operator during many months of operation .Poor training or complete lack of it .Found it to be unfriendly and abrasive.

I am the owner of Care & Rehab-Ostrander. I am very proud of all the staff. The love that generates out of their hearts and hands is genuine. Everyone becomes family here.Care & Rehab-Ostrander is a family owned company. It is a Boutique size building with an attached Assisted Living. The Assisted Living Apartments and Skilled Nursing Rooms are Huge and Private while the meals are homemade.I am proud to recommend Care & Rehab-Ostrander to anyone!
