Am here as temporary guest of a resident. Everything appears to be comfortable, clean and well maintained. Residents and staff are friendly and accepting. As this is an 'independent living' facility, there is no communal dining on a regular basis.The library is comfortable for reading or study. The collection is not grand, but has been covered and organized into broad categories, then alphabetically by author. Paperbacks are few, but other volumes are hardback and represent popular lit. Reference volumes are few.

The building needs an upgrade. No air conditioning in the summer. Shingle Creek Neighborhood Association does some great things in the community.

I and my best friend are looking for a great cosy affordable 55+ rental unit close to Stores Ymca Crystal, Church Community location.Wow! this strikes us as the ideal must see unit we would like to be neighbors as well as bff sisters. Ms Nelson oh yes liked the prices for 1brs. would like June rentals 2017
