I worked here for a few months and I have to say I had a good time working with some of the other staff members. But that is about the only positive thing I have to say about this place. We were told time and time again that we were hiring more workers and it continued to be UNDERSTAFFED. the management was terrible, it felt like there was always something they would be trying to look for just as an excuse to write people up. It is now the 16th, pay day was yesterday. My check was sent in the mail and still today it has not come. Why even bother to make a permanent pay day when you fail to pay me on that day? Dont bother working at this place.

I worked here for a short time. They are always under staffed. You are regularly mandated to work 12 hour shifts, with no breaks! Employees would stay the night at the facility or get a hotel room during snow storms so that they could make it in for their shift and not get written up! My mother had had a heart attack and I was not only told I had to come in, I was mandated to work 12 hour shifts! I should have known better on my first day, while in the office doing paperwork, I saw a bottle of Rum Chata in the closet! Poorly managed and poorly staffed!

Wouldnt not recommend bring an elder here, under staff, not enough experience to be working with elders.

Although my dad was only here for a short time before he passed away, the genuine care of every single one of the staff members was such a blessing and something I've never experienced in a nursing home setting before. It was always very well-staffed which made going home from our visits very comforting as we knew Dad was always in good hands. The staff was always in constant communication with our family . The resident rooms, dining/kitchen areas, social area/living room, sunroom and outdoor patio have very home-like qualities that made our experience one we will never forget. It truly is a top-notch facility and wouldn't have wanted him to be anywhere else at this time in his life!
