My experience here has been nothing but good! I love being able to help people. In this place, i get help from the aides, nurse, and other staff. This help allows me to be more involved in helping others and participating in activities. I also enjoy the life enrichment director, Kari Johnson, for getting me involved in activities that I would not have done without her or this place,

Not recommended for long-term care nor rehabilitation. The Staff with good work ethics and professionalism are few and far between. Majority of Staff have poor work ethics and are unprofessional. Don't think they realize the residents are their clients. An example, residents are intimidated or treated poorly when asking for additional help or turning on a call light for help. This is not right nor the care a person deserves. Castle Ridge is not recommended.

Small town care with big city conveniences! What makes this place so special is the 'boutique style' care given to each resident. The entire team including the talented caregivers, nurses, administration, and all other departments, take genuine personal interest in WHO the people are that have been entrusted to their care. I am witnessing authentic innovations and strategies to create beautiful and purposeful lives for the resplendent residents at Castle Ridge. While it's impossible to create a great day for each resident (and employee) every day, palpable effort is intended to do just that. This small community exemplifies 'love thy neighbor' and it's safe location is incredibly convenient. A trustworthy place for loved ones and an uplifting place to work!

Very bad experience with short term care-rehab. My mom wanted to get out of there the day she came--lots of problems! Kept awake until 1am by crazy roommate, freezing cold in the rooms, staff won't help. When I tried to find out what was going on. I spent an hour calling and no one answered the phone even though it should be 24 hour receptionist. When they did answer after multiple tries for long periods of time they told me they didn't have enough staff to answer the phone--exactly what they have been cited for and were suppose to have corrected. When we did get my mom out they reported to the state that she left without their permission...When someone is getting worse in rehab then they were before they came due to poor care of course you want to get out.
