The folks at Beehive in Duluth are THE most caring people I have met during the search for a home-like environment for my Mom. Nancy Saari was so helpful with her advice about the move itself and the transition for Mom.What a beautiful new addition the residents have to enjoy as of summer 2019! The space and the staff create a tranquil, calm space for residents that is like no other memory care facility I have toured in both Minnesota and in Florida.We are so fortunate to have such a facility in Duluth, MN!

Our mom has been at Beehive in Duluth for more than 2 years. Because of her anxiety and confusion, she presented continual challenges to the staff. The staff and owners were always respectful, skilled, patient and kind. We kept mom in her own home by hiring caregivers because we never imagined that an institution could meet our hopes for caring for our mom. The Beehive continues to surpass our hopes and expectations with a home like environment that is safe and offers stimulation and FUN for our mom.The owners are often present, and genuinely care. The nurses are on top of their game, always thinking one step ahead, with kindness. The aids patiently continue to encourage my mom to walk, although it would be more convenient to have her in a wheelchair. The activity director is amazing. She engages each resident into projects, games and discussions. The food is homemade, and presented beautifully. Top quality musical entertainment and therapy are often provided.The families are always welcomed into the Beehive, bringing comradery amoung the families, if desired. An effort is made to keep mom groomed beautifully. The building is clean. Thank you Beehive staff for bringing joy and comfort into this chapter of our lives.
