My mother was almost dead when she was transfered from grand village in grand rapids,mn. The staff and doctors have been amazing and my mother had made a 150% turn around. Love the staff. Very helpful and always keep me informed of any changes.

Horrible place. Little to no communication between hospital and nursing home. Negligent care given to residents. Problems that non medical personnel could see were just shrugged off. If you love your elderly family do not send them here.
