Grounds are beautiful and what sold us since outdoor space is important to mom. The indoor pool was an added bonus. That, and location made it perfect choice for us. The first day I thought it would help mom mingle if we went to community room for coffee. We were immediately scolded for using the wrong cups. Every group will have its self-appointed busybodies so we simply avoid the group activities. The neighbors we have met on our own are very pleasant and enjoyable company. Ive had three interactions with the director. One before we signed the lease, where she was delightful, and two after. I would avoid dealing with her at all costs once you've signed the lease. I would give my experience five stars if I had. I have found the office manager, Pam, is much more pleasant and responsive to questions and concerns.
