Clean and helpful staff. There are some issues with new hires but they catch on fast or move on. Administration and maintenance are excellent.

Understand before you move here. Even in the Senior Independent Living they have MONITORING in EVERY area of your living space. (1) Motion detectors to monitor your movement (2) Monitors in your toilet tank to see how many times you flush the toilet. (3) And the BEST of all . . . . . a monitor between your mattress to see how many times you get in and out of bed!!?? And THIS is in INDEPENDENT LIVING!! And it's REQUIRED! Not a chance would I move there. Big Brother to the MAX. It is a beautiful place with excellent apartments but WOW!!Autumn Glen is really a beautiful, convenient place but raising rent $400.00 a month recently is just very hard to comprehend or justify. That has to be quite a sticker shock for many residents. Financial issues?

Before contacting this facility, read the article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune Feb 11, 2018. The residents of this facility were subject to a sudden 30% increase in rents. When they requested a meeting with the owners to get an explanation, the management organization Guardian Angels gave them no answer, and protected the identities of the wealthy owners of the facility. Many residents are forced to move, or deplete their small savings if they can't move due to illness or special needs. Horrifying injustice.
