I have worked with Heitage Nursing and Rehabilitation and they are a fantastic facility. The staff is great and they really go out of their way to help and care for their patients. I've worked with Jason and he is fabulous to work with. He is very professional and understanding. I can't say enough good things about Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation. It's a great facility and I would send my loved ones there in a heartbeat.

Facility is small and recently updated. The small facility means you get much better care, because they are able to provide more time and attention to each patient. The Administrator is very nice and works hard to get to know the patients on a personal level. She cares about her staff and facility. The staff is very hands on and demonstrates a caring attitude to each and every patient. I would highly recommend this facility.
