As a rule, I never post public reviews. But look no further if you need Memory Care for a loved one in the Ann Arbor area. As someone else said, this isn't the most modern or ritzy place in town but the care level is 150% and everything is kept fastidiously clean. Everyone that works here is phenomenal - loving, gentle, patient and caring. My relative did not want to leave her home but she adjusted quickly to HW and told me several times how much she loved it at HW. Even when her health declined and we had to bring in hospice, the HW staff was incredible.

If you are looking for Memory Care, look no further! Huron Woods is top notch! Sharon Cuddington is the best administrator in our industry. I would highly recommend you check out this facility..

My mom was in another Assisted Living facility for four years. During that time, mom's physical health declined and her Alzheimer's progressed. We moved her eight months ago to Huron Woods and the improvement has been phenomenal. While it is not the newest or prettiest facility you may find in the area, the level of care is the BEST and the staff are terrific. Under the care of the visiting physician, my mom has gone from being in a bed 90% of the day and night, in severe pain, unable to eat half the time, and barely communicative, to now only in her room to sleep at night, no pain, able to express her emotions and preferences, and participating in activities like art and exercise. Love, love, love Huron Woods!!!
