Later this summer it will be 7 years since I moved into Westbrook after having had a house for 35 years. I love the easy freeway access and how close it is to Ann Arbor, Brighton and South Lyon. The floor plan and all the storage space is great, I especially love the 2 bedroom master bath!! Finally all the staff - Bev, Bonnie, Nathan and Suzanne - are always friendly and try to make your residency here a positive experience and maintenance issues are taken care of on a timely basis. Pet owners are welcomed here unlike other communities. If you're looking for an apartment this would be a great community to check out and consider strongly!

I've lived here for two years and I love it. You can't beat the price for the amount of space and location. Service requests are completed promptly, and grounds are well maintained. My dog and I feel very loved and supported by everyone that works here, they have become like family. I can get to work in downtown Ann Arbor in less than 20 minutes, but still get the quiet and calm feel of a small town. 5/5 stars, only things that could make it better would be a dog park or onsite boat storage (hint, wink, nudge, Suzanne). All joking aside, I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this great place.

I lived in the Westbrook apartments for 2 years and I really enjoyed my time there. I can honestly say that I am a bit picky and probably bugged management more than most tenants but they (mainly Suzanne) were always professional and great to work with. I also want to say that Bev (Maintenance Director) was incredibly helpful, always coming over quickly and making sure everything was up to par with what I hoped for. She went above and beyond more times than I can count. If it had been closer to work I would have stayed. With the pool, gym, staff and great location, Westbook Apartments were a wonderful place to live.
