Eden House Senior Assisted Living AFC

This home is in a peaceful, serene location. The staff are wonderful: I felt like they have became a second family to me! They exhibited loving, personal care to my mom and the home-cooked meals were delicious!

My mother lived at Eden house for a short but wonderful time. She passed unexpectedly after one month.The time that she spent there was the most comforting time that both she and I had in the last year of her life. The facility is wonderful. The rooms are clean and neat and the bedding and clothing is changed daily. The food was home cooked and very good.The views outside the windows are lovely. Eden house is on a beautiful wooded lot with wildlife and deer. Each room has a cable Tv and Wi-Fi which is very helpful when youre sitting with your loved one.The staff at Eden house is fantastic. They are kind and caring. They are knowledgeable about medically caring for the elderly and disabled.They knew what to say and do to keep both me and my mother comfortable and well informed. I can only say that I would highly recommend Eden house if you are looking for a wonderful place to place a loved one.My thanks to everyone at Eden House that helped my mother. Linda, Roses daughter

Our mother stayed at Eden Hourse for about 3 months. We didn't want to put her into a typical nursing home. After visiting many Adult Foster Care homes, we decided on Eden House, because of its homey atmosphere and more important, the caregivers. We were worried about moving her from her long time home to an unfamiliar place. But when we arrived, the caregivers welcomed her with open arms. They knew exactly what to say to comfort her like they would their own parent. They provide a family atmosphere. We were able to leave her there knowing she was in good hands. Mom has recently passed peacefully. God Bless the caregivers at Eden House.

My mom received wonderful, loving care at this well maintained, comfortable, homey facility. They tailored her care to fit her changing needs and fed her delicious homemade food. The caregivers treated her like their own mother and kept me informed of her status. I am so grateful for the great care she received.

Eden House and the outstanding, attentive care are what made the difference for my father. When my father become ill, he was living in a very large assisted living facitility. My RN friends encouraged me to seek home care. The caregivers at Eden House along with the house physician, not only managed his recovery, they helped him gain more strength and vitality than we ever could have hoped for.We were confident of our choice soon after we wheeled him in and introduced him. In greeting him, the staff bent on one knee, looked him in the eye, called him by name, introduced themselves and said, welcome, we understand you have been ill...we are glad to have you moving in with us.After a few adjustments regarding his health, it was obvious that the level of personal care at Eden House was excellent. The staff offered insights and suggestions that verified how fully engaged and sincere the care is they provide. My fathers rebound went beyond his health. We witnessed his level of interest and engagement increase. Our family was lucky, we could manage drop in visits often. We were continually impressed with the home atmosphere that made us welcome and comfortable, making our visits all the more frequent.
