For as long as I live, I will tell everyone I can how horrible this facility is. My grandfather had Parkinson's Disease so we were there with him 2-3 time a day, every day to feed him meals, exercise him, massage his hands back open (because the staff wouldn't) and just generally make sure he was taken care of. His belongings were stolen numerous times (cell phones, electric razor, clothes), he was ALWAYS sitting in urine or feces when we arrived and the staff were hideous. My family cleaned him, changed him, fed him, turned him in bed, cut his hair, shaved him and exercised him because we were already there and we wanted to do these things but were treated like we were only there to 'spy' on the staff. In hindsight, I understand we made them nervous because of how negligent they are. He had an allergic reaction to the detergent used on the bedding causing his whole body to be red and itchy which delayed his transfer to a different facility for months. Every quack doctor that checked him tried to treat him for something he didn't have. By the time we were able to have him tranferred he got the flu and passed away one week later in his new facility. Please don't ever trust this place to care for a loved one.

Nothing good comes from this place. Full of lazy idiots that don't pay attention to their patients. They charge out the ass for care that they don't really do.

My mother has been there for a month yesterday. she was so excited to get back home! that's all she talked about while she was there even though for every meal she would say this is the best meal ever! or the staff and nurses are the sweetest and caring individuals! the bad thing about this place is that she is home sick for all the care givers at Tendercare, her beautiful room and the extremely clean building and yards! ! we might have to take here back from time to time to visit all here friends! many of the staff actually teared up when she left! cant say enough great things about this place! 5 stars plus!!

I did recommend Tendercare of Taylor to my brother- inlaw because my 8 week stay there was a wonderful experience. The complete staff was very caring and met my every need.My brother- inlaw Bob felt the same as I did.I will never forget all the friendly and kind staff that were assigned to my case.
