Clean and Friendly Staff. It's like a home (not a facility). Andrea has been very helpful with getting my family member settled in, as well as med changes (that has been frequent). Aides are friendly, and will go above and beyond to help. Rhonda has been great with transportation assistance too.

To Ashley Nicole that posted 1 star - I spent hours talking to you regarding care of your loved one. I assisted in getting a hospital bed, 1:1 care, managed medications and filled the pill planner weekly, helped arrange appointments, switched MDs, and worked with your family for your loved one to continue to stay here, despite CP not being a skilled nursing facility. I tried extremely hard to be respectful of everyone's wishes, and work with everyone so your loved one could continue to live here, because of hard times with transitions. I wanted to respect everyone's wishes and tried my absolute best to make sure your loved one was safe and happy. When you came to me, I asked exactly what you needed from me, and you did not offer me many details except asking me to update your family on what was going on, with the example of medication changes. I took that to mean that I would contact family with any matters in the extremes or any medical treatment changes. I am here in this position to make every resident's life better and safe while living here. I truly care for every single resident and family member here. I cannot change things without open and direct communication, and your family did not come to me with anything they wanted me to change. I was only addressed with concerns regarding your loved ones care/safety, which I managed with the 1:1 care, getting homecare on board, offering the idea of the motion sensor alarm, not mentioning the impending move to your loved one, etc. I can honestly state that I did everything I could for your loved one.
