Staff is always friendly and helpful. My mom is so comfortable there. I am comfortable having her live there. I appreciate everything they do for her!

John, the ED at this American House location, is absolutely incompetent. I am only in when I visit my aunt, but everytime im there I see how poorly led this building is. He is rude and unapologetic. Its a miracle that the rest of the staff is so terrific, because they do not take ages their management.
