I was very impressed during my visit to BHP. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I am amazed with the quality of care that is provided. The residents are treated with love and respect. Holly, a registered nuse, is very kind, caring and compassionate. She meets the needs of each resident and brings a smile to their face. I would highly recommend BHP.

WARNING DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE AT BLUE HERON. I made a huge mistake and put my father at Blue Heron. I went to visit him the day after checking him in and was meet by Police and Social Service workers. My dad was there for less than 24 hour and had prescriptions stolen. Holly is a great talker, but thats where it ends. She never took the time to even meet my dad. Never informed her staff of my dads medical needs (which they had no idea of how to take care of). Her staff was not even informed that my dad was coming. PLEASE dont be fooled by her lies! She doesnt care about your loved one just wants that almighty money.

We have had our love one at Blue Heron Pond for almost 3 years. I thank God everyday that we found this place.
