FirstLight Home Care of Colorado Springs

I have been working since January of this year to get the proper help and care for my mom. We have been through 3-4 companies that have not met her needs. We had occasion to use FirstLight to help us with our dad when he was passing for an over-nighter to give our caregivers some respite. They were so kind and thoughtful and responsive. So, we decided to try them with our mom. We have been so happy with them. Kirsten and her teams have gone over and above to make sure that my mom had help each and every day that they were committed to (a service lacking with all the others) and called when it was going to be someone different. My mom said 'this is the first company we have worked with in 9 months that has quality caregivers that care about the person they are taking care of.' Their service is unmatched in my experience with them this year and I will ALWAYS refer people to them - in fact, I already have! Thanks, Kirsten, Lillian and all! You guys are awesome!

Love Doreen! She comes and cleans and takes my father in-law on walks. She even brings coupons so she can take him to dinner. She's flexible and kind. Also love LaRonda! She takes my father in-law to Church on Sunday and sits with him.Actually, every caregiver has been wonderful.

We hired First Light a few weeks ago to help care for our dad at home. All of our experiences with this company have been very positive. First Light has gone the extra mile for us and helped to secure a last-minute ride to an appointment for Dad. The caregivers have all been very professional and caring. Thank you, Brittany, Kirsten, Jen and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond to provide excellent service!
