It's a nursing home, and that's it

Was very happy with the staff of caregivers for the care given to my mother when she was there. Was not happy with the Physical Therapy department leading the family to believe that she was doing very well and steadily improving. We then received a letter from the insurance that they would no longer pay for services as she was not showing improvement, only giving us two days notice. After scurrying to find an assisted living facility to move her to and lining up an ambulance to move her, they told us that it wasn't going to happen on the final day. After pushing to speed things along, we finally got her moved. It then took 3 days to get the paperwork sent to the assisted living facility so her hospital bed and wheelchair could be ordered, and only after we side stepped them and went directly to the doctor.
