Disappointing place. Unfortunate that they do not care about the employees. Building something great takes dedication and caring. This facility will continue to fail until the company that owns it actually knows what is happening in their building.

On weekends, don't expect hot meals or help when you need it and there's absolutely no one there 'in charge' to complain to, or to make any kind of decision whatsoever. Earlier, I was told that if I wanted to bring our dog in for a visit, all I had to do is bring in his records. Don't try this on a weekend. What I wasn't told was that the dog would have to be ''approved' by administration, and NOBODY was around who could do this on a weekend. And I was given 20 minutes of hassle by the receptionist until I threatened to go back to the cold car with the dog while the other members of my party visited with the resident. (I am elderly and disabled myself, and I really didn't appreciate the entire situation). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a joke don't send your loved one here unless you want to plan a funeral.
