Im not very happy with their housekeeping. Every time I go my moms room is dirty and her bathroom is awful. Her laundry is dirty and hung up Ive told them to check them.Ive complained to Katie and Deanna many times. Nothing seems to work. I clean my moms room and do her laundry when needed. Its sad that ppl who suppose to do it dont care. Ive taken pictures and will continue to complain until they get it right.

Lousy staff and management. Bad experience for my loved ones. I was really happy that my family, friends and I got them out of there when we could. Bunch of hidden costs they didn't even mention at the time of the interview.
