So much has happened since our last stay there. It's a great place if your love one isn't requiring a lot of assistance. The workers we very professional and polite, my view was low rated because of the owners professionalism they have none and really made medical decisions which neither are trained to do. Business is one thing and professionalism is another

DaySpring Services provides loving care and companionship across Muskegon County. From Assisted and Independent Living to In-Home Care and Day Programming, all of the services are focused on serving adults with God's love. It is evident that staff are compassionate towards and truly care for the people they work for: their clients, residents, participants, and tenants.

My mother had been at DaySpring Norton Shores for about 6 weeks, and so far I have had only positive experiences. Management is genuinely friendly and helpful, maintenance is on the job, and best of all, aides on the floor are compassionate, respectful, and concerned about the residents' well-being. Unlike some homes, DaySpring seems to be well -staffed; one or two aides are always nearby, and there's never a lengthy wait once the assistance bell is rung. The facility is beautiful, and I, myself, enjoy the many pleasant courtyards! No one likes the price of these homes, but I gladly pay the fee each month for the loving care my mother receives.
